1. Use of Services

Our Services are intended solely for businesses and professionals. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not misuse or attempt to interfere with the operation of the website or Services.

2. Lead Generation Services

Stravix Media provides qualified B2B leads based on criteria mutually agreed upon in writing. Leads are delivered through email, CRM integration, or other channels as per the agreement. Lead validity, quality, and volume are defined by service-level agreements (SLAs) or contract terms.

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate campaign briefs, targeting criteria, and contact preferences. Clients agree not to use the leads for illegal, unethical, or spam-related marketing. Clients must handle all leads in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for services are defined in separate agreements or proposals. Payments are due as per the invoice terms (e.g., net 15/30). Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and data provided by Stravix Media are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or misuse any proprietary content or data.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and use business-related data in compliance with data protection laws such as GDPR, DPDP Act, and CCPA (where applicable). We do not sell personal data. Data is used strictly for lead generation and campaign purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all campaign data, client lists, and proprietary business information. This obligation survives termination of services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, conversions, or sales from the leads provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the Services in the last 3 months.
